Revision Policy

At Writer Bucks, we value client satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality content tailored to your needs. If you feel that the delivered work requires changes, you are entitled to request revisions under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Revisions:

   • Revisions can be requested within 7 days of receiving the final product.
   • Revisions are offered for free if the requested changes are in line with the original instructions and scope of the project.

2. Scope of Revisions:

   • All revision requests must relate to the original project requirements. If the changes requested deviate significantly from the initial guidelines or add new tasks, these will be considered additional work and may incur extra charges.
   • The number of free revisions is limited to two rounds unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

3. Turnaround Time for Revisions:

   • Once a revision request is submitted, we aim to address and complete the necessary changes within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the project.

4. Non-Revisionable Cases:

   • Revisions will not be entertained for issues related to subjective preferences or minor stylistic adjustments unless they were specified in the initial instructions.
   • If the client requests significant changes that were not part of the original instructions, these changes will be treated as new tasks and billed separately.

5. Additional Revisions:

   • If additional revisions are requested beyond the free two-round limit, or if the scope of work has changed, we will provide an estimate for the extra time and cost involved.

6. Collaboration for Successful Revisions:

   • We encourage open communication during the revision process to ensure that changes meet your expectations. Clear feedback and direction from the client are essential for a smooth revision process.
