    • Refunds are considered if the delivered content significantly deviates from the initial instructions or requirements.
  2. Conditions for Refunds:

    • A full refund is available if work has not started.
    • If work has begun or been delivered, a partial refund may be provided after an internal review of the work.
    • Refunds are not granted for minor changes or if a revision can address the issue.
  3. Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Work that aligns with provided instructions but does not meet subjective preferences.
    • Revisions that are within the initial scope of the project.
    • If the project timeline has passed due to the client’s delay in providing feedback.
  4. Revision Requests:

    • Free revisions are offered within 7 days of delivery, provided they fall within the original scope of the project.
    • Additional revisions outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
    • Refunds may take longer depending on the payment provider’s policies.
  6. Dispute Resolution:

    • If there is a dispute regarding the quality of work, both parties will engage in open communication to find a resolution. In cases where an agreement cannot be reached, an internal team review will determine if a refund or further revision is warranted.
